Vanessa was a bridesmaid for Reema’s wedding last year. She was a lot of fun at the wedding, so I was excited when she contacted me to shoot her wedding in Wichita, Kansas this July. Vanessa and Brenan met me in the middle in Oklahoma City’s Bricktown for their engagement session. I hadn’t shot in Bricktown before, so it was fun to walk around and get to know them as a couple while finding new and cool places to shoot. I’m definitely looking forward to their wedding and day after session this Summer!

Happy Spring! This is my first Spring engagement session of 2011. Unfortunately it was a gray day and a little chilly, but Sherri and Derek brought it anyway. We started at Trinity River Audubon Center in Dallas. They have a cool facility and it’s a great place for events. After we hiked around the center, we made our way over to the downtown Dallas Arts District to wrap up their Dallas engagement session. I had a great day with Sherri and Derek and look forward to their wedding at Hickory Street Annex

Courtney and John are a fun and easygoing couple. The kind of people with who you immediately want to sit down and have a drink. We started off their downtown Fort Worth engagement where they first met, at The Flying Saucer. We had fun adventuring around downtown and eventually over to the Fort Worth Stockyards.
